Privacy Policy

We only collect information you type into one of the two forms on this website. There is no account to create, and nothing is collected simply because you browsed the site.

If you send an enquiry about a car, we collect: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, the type of car and model you are interested in, your budget range, how you would like to view the car, a preferred date if you give one, any notes you write, and which page of the site you sent it from.

If you offer us your car through the Sell Your Car form, we collect: your name, your phone number, and the details of the car — make, model, variant, year, body type, fuel, transmission, kilometres driven, number of owners, registration details, the price you have in mind, and any notes you write.

That form also lets you attach photographs of your car. If you do, the photographs are stored by us and a link to them is added to the WhatsApp message you send. Those links are not published anywhere on this website, but anyone who is given a link can open it, so please photograph the car rather than anything private, and take care who you forward the message to.

You choose what to send. Photographs are optional. Only your name, your phone number and, for a car you are selling, the basic details of that car are required.

We do not use analytics, advertising tools or tracking pixels on this website. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

This website sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it stores in your browser is a single note remembering that you closed the chat window, so it does not reappear during your visit. That note stays in your browser, is cleared when you close the tab, and tells us nothing.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

To answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing, discuss a car you want to sell us, and coordinate finance with a bank if you ask us to. That is all.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process this information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, for the purpose stated at that point.

We use outside service providers to host this website and store our records. They hold the information only so that we can use it, act on our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for anything of their own. If you would like to know who they are, ask us and we will tell you.

Both forms finish by opening WhatsApp so you can send us your details directly. If you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one.

Our contact section shows a Google Map of the showroom. When that section loads, your browser contacts Google to fetch the map, and Google may receive your IP address. We have configured the embed to tell Google only which website you came from, not which page.

If you ask us to arrange finance, we will share the details you give us with the bank handling your application — and only with that bank.

Apart from these, we do not give your information to anyone, unless we are required to by law.

We keep enquiries and sell requests for as long as we need them to deal with you, and to keep proper records of our business dealings. If you want your details removed, ask us and we will remove them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did while it was given.

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted and stored encrypted. Access to the stored enquiries is limited to the showroom.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.

This website is meant for adults buying and selling cars. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date above tells you when it last changed.
